Meldrum Greg Harvey, a registered sex offender who was convicted in 2005 of rape and sodomy of a Kentucky female less than 12 years old, is wanted by the FBI for fleeing the United States after being freed on bail while he appealed his conviction. He has been missing since November 2006 and possibly fled to Canada.
