On December 30, 1999, Ashley Renae Freeman and her friend, Lauria Jaylene Bible, were reported to be missing. At approximately 6:00 a.m., a fire was reported at a residence located four and one half miles west of Welch, Oklahoma, in northeast Oklahoma.
The bodies of Ashley's parents, both of whom had been shot, were found inside the residence. The two girls, both age 16, were reported to be inside the residence before the fire, but have not been located.
Ashley Renae Freeman may have last been wearing a t-shirt, blue jeans, a baseball cap, white tennis shoes, and a windbreaker.
Anyone with information concerning this case should take no action, but instead immediately contact the nearest FBI Office or local law enforcement agency. For any possible sighting outside the United States, contact the nearest United States Embassy or Consulate.
